The Service is provided by the business identified in the Data Controller / Service Provider details below. The identifying information required under Law No. 6563 appears on this page.

Loduvo is a software service (SaaS) for moving companies, offering automatic inventory extraction from photographs, human approval, vehicle matching, cost calculation and quote preparation.

The inventory, dimensions, volumes and recommendations produced by the system are estimates and are not final; they are always subject to approval by an authorised person at the company. The final price and the decision to move rest with the user.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of third parties, or in a manner that threatens the security of the system.

A company that uploads photographs and personal data belonging to its own customers is the data controller in respect of that data and is responsible for providing the required notices and obtaining the required explicit consents.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis within the packages published on the site. Current prices and the number of moves included are stated on the pricing page. Prices include VAT charged in Türkiye; where a business customer supplies a tax number, VAT is deducted under the reverse-charge mechanism and the invoice is issued without it. All amounts are charged in Turkish lira (TRY).

The subscription renews according to the period selected (monthly or annual). Cancellation and refund requests are handled by contacting the business, within the framework of business-to-business (B2B) contract terms.

The Loduvo brand, software and content belong to the service provider. Data entered into the Service by the user (inventory, quotes, customer information) belongs to the user; the service provider processes this data solely in order to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". The user is responsible for the consequences of decisions taken in reliance on the estimated outputs produced by the system (inventory, volume, cost). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of a dispute, the courts and enforcement offices designated by the applicable legislation have jurisdiction.
