1 move = 1 customer job. It is independent of the number of photos, videos, items or vehicles; how many images are uploaded for the same customer job does not affect your plan. The fair-use limit is 100 images per move.

When the move allowance in your plan runs out, your work does not stop; you keep creating moves. Every move above the limit is calculated at the overage rate stated in your plan and invoiced after reconciliation with our operator.

No. The cost is calculated deterministically from the parameters you enter (fuel, crew, daily vehicle cost, floor/elevator); the system only suggests, you always approve the quote, and the final word on price is yours.

No. Your customer only opens the link you send them: photo/video upload, proforma, contract, condition approval and live tracking — all on the same page, with nothing to install.

No. Your dashboard is ready the moment you sign up; you only need to enter your fleet and cost parameters. You can send your first survey link within minutes.

No. Apart from the plan fee and the overage rate stated in the plan, no charge is made; setup, training and updates are included. Prices include VAT charged in Türkiye; when a tax number is provided, VAT is reverse-charged and the invoice is issued without VAT. All terms are stated openly on the site.

Yes. You download the inventory as Excel-compatible CSV, take the photos in bulk as ZIP, and produce the Operations Sheet and the proforma as printable documents. Your data is never locked inside the platform.

Yes. As your needs grow you move up to a higher plan from the dashboard; if your moving volume drops, you can request a move down to a lower plan at the end of the period.

No, never. The customer is your customer: you share the links and documents from your own WhatsApp or email channel; the platform does not step into the company-customer line.

No. Every company's data is completely isolated at account level; your photos, your customers, your quotes and your pricing parameters are accessible only from your account and are never shown to another company in any way. The dimension learning catalog is separate from these and holds no personal or commercial data: it keeps only the item type and average dimension-weight values (for example "washing machine"), and carries no information about which company or customer it came from.
