Privacy Policy

Account information: full name, e-mail, phone and company details.

Move-related information: addresses, notes, photographs of belongings and the inventory extracted from them.

Usage and technical data: session cookies, IP address and basic logs.

Customer photographs are uploaded through an unguessable (non-public) private link and held in private, access-restricted storage; they are never published at a publicly reachable address.

Photographs are sent to an artificial-intelligence vision provider in order to extract the inventory of belongings automatically. The results are always submitted for approval by an authorised person at the company; the system's output is never treated as final.

Photographs and videos are not used for advertising or profiling.

When live tracking is used, the vehicle position is shown on a map; the map imagery comes from OpenStreetMap infrastructure and the relevant coordinate is transmitted to the map provider in the process. Location records are kept solely against the relevant move and are not used for advertising or profiling.

We use only the session and authentication cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function. These cookies keep you signed in.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Our infrastructure uses cloud database and file storage (European Union — Frankfurt), application hosting, artificial-intelligence vision analysis and e-mail providers. Only the data necessary to provide the service is shared with these providers.

Microsoft Clarity and PostHog are used on our marketing pages to measure usage. These tools record no behaviour in the PANEL you sign in to: automatic click/text capture and session recording are disabled, and only anonymous action names such as «quote created» are counted from the panel. Your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers and photographs are never transmitted to these tools. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Each company's data is isolated from every other company's at the database level (row-level security); one company cannot reach another company's data.

Data is encrypted in transit, photographs are held in access-restricted private storage, and administrative access is limited.
